Rouge believes clients should have a clear idea of cost before scheduling. The prices below are common starting prices for standard matters. Final pricing may vary based on document complexity, appointment location, number of documents, and whether additional review is needed.
Single bundle includes one person's will, power of attorney/mandate, and living will. Couple bundle includes two wills, two powers of attorney/mandates, and two living wills.
Successions and heirship matters may require review before final pricing is confirmed. Property, missing heirs, wills, minor heirs, disagreement among family members, or out-of-state issues may affect whether the matter can be handled and how it should be priced.
Property-related documents may require additional review if there are multiple parties, title issues, tax concerns, Medicaid concerns, or complicated reserved rights.
Certified copies are available only where legally permitted.
Title matters may require additional review if there is a missing title, heirship issue, out-of-state document, lien, or unusual ownership history.
Some family and personal status documents may require legal review or may not be appropriate for notarial handling depending on the facts.
Hospital, nursing facility, and correctional facility appointments do not carry an extra facility charge. A normal mobile convenience fee may still apply based on appointment location.
Regular scheduling is generally available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Start with an appointment request. Rouge can review what you need, identify the likely document path, and explain what information is needed next.
